We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in expanding our online presence, supporting brand strategy, and engaging with our community.
Position Overview:
The Social Media & Marketing Intern will work closely with the Brand Manager to support daily operations and help implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include community management, SEO, administrative support, and assisting with social media and marketing campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand development for a large and rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling, creating, and sharing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that align with Elevate Etiquette’s brand voice and objectives.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media platforms, respond to inquiries and comments, and build and maintain relationships with community members.
- SEO Management: Support the research and implementation of SEO strategies to drive website traffic and improve organic search performance.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Brand Manager with administrative duties, including calendar management, email correspondence, and organizing projects.
- Marketing & Strategy: Help execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that support growth goals and brand visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor engagement data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare monthly performance insights to support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members on projects that align with both short- and long-term marketing and brand objectives.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
